Recapping the past few days......motivated...pumped.....hungry...stressed....hungry....guilty....focused....
Sounds about right ;)
Saturday was my first WW meeting! I actually enjoyed it. So what I envisioned it would be and what it actually was, were two totally different things. Especially with the weigh in. I know they said private weigh in, so I pictured, one on one, going to a closet like area with a scale. Instead, I was in and there's a long counter with about 5 scales in front. 5 people working on 5 computers which is where the results go. lol Kinda felt weird, but they printed my weight on a sticker and stuck it in my booklet. So my official starting weight was 299.8 ---- not 300 so that was something!
I'm a little worried about my day yesterday. I didn't make the best choices with using my points. And using your points on donuts and evil girl scout cookies doesn't sound like the best choice. Today I'm feeling good tho -- I started my day with cottage cheese (and yes, 3 tagalongs.... but they are gone now!) I had a drink with ItWorks! Greens and am on to a Monster. I've got a Smart Ones for lunch and will have one for dinner. I'm going to try not to weigh until I go to my meeting.
Since we're planning on Colorado this weekend, I'm going to do a meeting on Friday. I'll weigh in then and next week will try to hit a meeting before my mom and I leave for Soaring Eagle :)
Lots of fun coming up, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to be focused and make good decisions! Vacation will be tough I'm sure....on the radio this morning they were talking that 60some percent of people let their diets go on vacation. I believe it. It's easy to do. But I just need to be diligent about logging my choices --- and not drinking my cals. That will help!!!
So it will take a while, but if I can lose 3 lbs. a week -- I'll be back to around 260 by my birthday. Not the number I'd like to see then, but who knows, maybe I can beat it....especially if I start incorporating exercise. It's too darn cold right now for me to want to do anything. I'm tired of it. But soon I can start walking outside and get into the zumba groove. But by this time next year I should hopefully see 199!!!!!! Again, that will be a freaking amazing day and we are all going to celebrate!
