My body on the other hand....a little rough. I gained close to 40lbs during the pregnancy. Ouch. It hurts to type that. I'm exclusively breastfeeding, so it will be a little touch and go as far as how many calories I can cut while still maintaining my supply. My main goal is to be IN CONTROL and eat REAL. no crazy diets, no eliminating entire food groups. I just want to eat a normal, balanced, healthy diet. I have 2 kids to set a good example for, and that's not even including Katie! :-p
I have the next 5 dinners and lunches planned and shopped for, So let's get back to this and get hot in time for summer.
