....to raw nuts - unsalted!
Now that Kelly has pushed out her baby - and has had a nice vacation from the whole dieting thing - let's get back to business!! And Kel - I kid, I kid - even pregnant I think you had a bazillion times more will power to eat healthy than I did! Rockstar!
This morning I stepped on the scale and PRAISETHELORD I was not 300 lbs like I thought I was going to be. CLOSE. But not quite there. So starting today at 297. Oh, and I've been Monster-free for 4 days. I'm going to try to not have any for quite some time. Also going to avoid drinking any calories, rekindling my love of water..
Yesterday I tried one of my ItWorks! Wraps.... well 2 of them. I used one on my stomach area and then split one in half for my arms. I'll have to measure later today because after I had done it, I think it just had me bloated because it seemed my numbers had slightly gone up. This morning I made myself a green juice -- kale, strawberries and a banana. It was good. I forgot that I did actually enjoy those. Lunch isn't healthy, but it's logged. Was running late so I had just grabbed some leftovers that we had in the freezer. Time to pick up some lean cuisines to have on hand!! This week I need to get in to the drs for my annual bloodwork and then I think next week I have my appointment with my dr to go over everything. That's probably when she'll tell me that I need to do WW. I might sign up this week but we'll see.
So let's stay positive - let's get healthy. I keep making my road longer, but one day I will get there!!!

I don't have any good recipes for the week - I'm bringing it basic - planning on chicken breast, veggies and grains! We bought lots of fresh veggies yesterday - brussel sprouts, asparagus, brocolli, cauliflower, and greens. We've got a bunch of quinoa and other grains too - so just going to try to bring it back before getting all fancy :D
