1 Day & 5.5 lbs down

Moving on to day 2!.

Yesterday wasn't bad at all.  I'm pretty proud of myself.  I ended up having shakes for all 3 meals. I kept my snacks high in protein and barely went over the calories MFP recommended.  I had 3 cups of tea and boat loads of water.  

I've got things logged into MFP for today.  Looking forward to dinner -- soft tacos! YUM!  It's putting me over my calories with the snacks I have planned for the day, but I'm planning on going to the gym tonight when C goes to bed.  Gotta get in another C25K workout. :) I'm feeling pumped and encouraged.  I'm gonna try to use all my bathroom breaks today to get some squats in -- luckily it's a single person bathroom so no one will notice my weirdness ;)  Gotta do what you gotta do!!
