I know, another weekend goes by and you wonder...will Katie make it? Will she be blogging again on Monday??? Or will it be months?? lol Actually probably none of you really wonder that, and that's good haha, but here I am.
So Thursday and Friday I was actually up a lb each day, which yes, is to be expected when weighing yourself every day. But it was still discouraging. I was doing everything right. I was still being really good until Saturday night when I was just frustrated and talked myself into feeling deprived. It was about 7 p.m. so I told myself I could have the evening. I ordered pizza and had 3 slices....yeah, I know... but I also had a lot of salad. I only had half of a kit kat (hey, that's a big deal!!!), and one of these little cookies that I had gotten free to try. So it was definitely a big splurge but I got it out of my system and was 100% back on track yesterday! So I went over my carbs on Satruday by 107 g. YIKES! But that was one day. One evening really. And now I'm feeling good again. :)
I went back and forth on weighing this morning but I wanted to do it. I know I had been great yesterday, so I figured what the hell! Today I was back down. So I'm back down 11 lbs total so far. Moving in the right direction...a good start for the week!!
It was a good weekend -- just really crappy weather. I cannot believe that it's the middle of April and we're still seeing sleet and snow. This weekend is supposed to be much nicer, so I'm really hoping!!!
